The new hotel will be located in a suburb of West Cairo, just 20 minutes by car from the landmarks of Cairo. It will be part of Palm Hills, a diverse community made up of various residential, commercial, hospitality and entertainment areas. From the hotel, guests can enjoy views of the Great Pyramids of Giza and the Palm Hills golf course.

The opening is planned for 2028 with 150 rooms and 50 serviced flats with one, two and three bedrooms. Other facilities include five restaurants and bars, a spa, a fitness centre, a pool, a children’s club and modern conference and event rooms.
